EVERY1 WEEK OF INCLUSION: A conversation about Women in the Workplace

The issues women face at workplace are often ignored. Whether we are working in a managerial role or are individual contributors, we need to talk about these issues and work towards fixing these. This is especially important now during the COVID times when women are quitting the workforce more than ever due to the increase in the work loads at home. In this conversation, we talked about general issues that we have faced while working as women in the beer industry. This was a team every1 idea, the questions were written by me.
